I have just started the program in weight loss last week and so far it works for me. You get some protein bars and snacks, try to before you buy something real. But honestly, I'm sure there are things that are sold at retail, which can do so without being cheated. I mean, 1 box of protein bars (of which 6 of them) contains more than $ 22 and you eat 2 bars, one days (of course they want to sell their products).
I'm trying to find what may be a different brand of protein bar, sold at retail. The same goes for snacks. Thank you very much.

Balance Bars are very similar Protien bars sold by most companies. The beam is of the same company that made equipment for weight loss with its bars offer. It is a little different, but equally good.
