Cons Of Bound Feet Wording For A Binding Employment Contract For Ex-cons And Employers?

Wording for a binding employment contract for ex-cons and employers? - cons of bound feet

I am thinking seriously about starting an agency for helping work, ex-offenders find jobs gainfull. It would not need a tough and binding contract, the ex-convict and correct indications that they know their work is contengent in total obedience to all laws and any violation of the law may result in termination without liability.

I also want potential employers agree that we can not exclude any type of crime if it directly affects the type of work ex-convict has to do with. For example, a bank robber could not handle money, can not handle a pedophile children.

Can someone help me here with the wording of these things?

I doubt it was the restriction on the employer for more than half do not work with them forced. If this clause is a problem that does not work with you anyway. As for the ex-prisoners, but only that "the applicant agrees that any violation of any law, federal, state or local, is a violation of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination."
